Her career started when she was 22 years old as an Indonesian Youth Ambassador representing the country of Indonesia by visiting all Southeast Asian Countries and Japan to promote Friendship and Mutual Understanding among the Youth in those countries. Then she got assignment to work with CARE International and the United Nations (UN).
At the UN she was hired by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) and was involved in the work of simplifying the Export and Import Procedure in Indonesia in accordance with the UN standards. In this work she was directly involved in dealing and coordination with various Private and Government Institutions such as exporters, importers, banking, insurance, shipping, airline, various ministry offices, various associations to achieve the mission of simplifying the procedure of exports and imports in Indonesia.
Endang also work with International Companies on Engineering and Construction engaged in Gold and Coal mines and also in company engaged in Research and Development of Black Soldier Flies (BSF). She has a Master degree in Management. She also teaches Management at the Faculty of Economic, Indonesia Open University.
