A food technologist with an interdisciplinary experience and knowledge in the field of biomaterials and food science who specializes in the processing and characterization of BSF and its products. Her prior research includes the optimization and characterization of chitin and chitosan extraction from diverse sources. Her passion in the field of environmental science and biomaterials also opened up a new path in the development of hybrid materials that synergizes other biomaterials with BSF based products.
